Units marked as available are ready for immediate occupancy. Lease terms begin on the 1st of each month. Units rented immediately will be prorated for the remainder of that month and billed on the 1st thereafter. For units rented after the 15th, both the prorated amount and the first full month’s rent will be due at the start of the lease. Please note that any special offers must be paid in full upon lease commencement.
